About The Role

As a developer at Reodor, you will be an active contributor to the entire product journey, combining solid technical expertise with an interest in users, business, and strategy. You will work closely with designers, technologists, business developers, and clients to understand why we are building something and take a leading role in shaping how we build it. You will often contribute to several projects at once, setting direction, taking responsibility for architecture and technology choices, and ensuring our solutions are robust and scalable. Developers at Reodor work with state of the art technology and are involved in the whole process. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the products they build and thrives at the intersection of technology, design, and strategy, driven to create solutions that excite users and strengthen clients bottom line.

Together with our business and design teams, the Reodor tech team develops solutions across industries. We are in a growth phase and are looking for more product-oriented developers who want to help shape the road ahead.

Responsibilities

• Take technical leadership : Help set direction for architecture and technology choices, and ensure our solutions are robust, scalable, and adapted to real user needs.
• Be part of the entire product journey : From idea and concept, through prototyping and testing, to implementation and ongoing iteration. Connect insights, strategy, and technology into practical solutions.
• Contribute to multiple projects at once : Support different teams, share best practices, and be a sparring partner for designers, business developers, and clients.
• Iterate and improve : Continuously refine solutions that evolve with user needs.
• Collaborate across disciplines : Work with business, technology, and design teams to turn strategic visions into concrete technical solutions.

We are looking for someone who :

Has at least 2–5 years of relevant experience as a developer, preferably from an agency or consulting firm, with work across different industries. It’s not a requirement, but a big plus if you have been in a start-up environment or run your own projects or companies.

Qualifications
