Responsibilities

• System Responsible Engineer for Utility systems (SRU)
• Contribute in the preparation phase with review and verification of documentation and drawings related to MC and Commissioning of designated systems
• Provide engineering input
• Estimate and plan commissioning scope of work onshore and offshore for designated systems, including input to plan
• Work independently to plan and execute MC follow-up and commissioning activities
• Participate in MC punch-outs and FATs at supplier sites
• Deliver input and update progress into project completion system PIMS
• Develop, review, and implement commissioning procedures
• Coordinate with different departments and disciplines to ensure efficient commissioning with a high focus on HSSE
• Plan and call off ATS as required
• Manage assistance personnel from contractors and other resources
• Ensure spare parts and special tools are available prior to commissioning activities
• Plan and ensure first fills are available in a timely fashion and perform first fills
• Provide leadership to maintain a strong focus on health, safety and the environment to meet Client expectations
• Plan and coordinate commissioning assistance and support as required
• Participate in discipline MC punch rounds at sites for designated systems
• Plan and execute commissioning activities in a timely manner based on the Commissioning plan
• Ensure a smooth transition from Project to Operations
• Participate in pre-start-up and performance test reviews as necessary
