What You’ll Shape
We need a strategic Product Manager to lead our HR and time reporting offerings used to deliver payroll within our digital customer platform. You’ll specifically direct the strategy and development of our time reporting, absence management, employee data management, and pay slip solutions—fundamentally enhancing how businesses connect with Azets and manage their workforce.
This role offers the opportunity to own a critical product area that directly impacts employees’ daily lives across the Nordics. You will collaborate with an exceptional team of designers, developers, and domain experts in a flat, autonomous culture where your insights shape decisions and you will make an impact on thousands of businesses across Norway and beyond.
A central challenge is shaping the strategic direction of the existing product as the market evolves from on‑prem payroll solutions to fully cloud‑based solutions. You will drive a business case for expanding investment to capture opportunities in the international payroll market, set a bold vision, and evangelize it across the business.

We would prefer that you also have experience with HR, time tracking, or payroll systems and knowledge of Nordic payroll processes and HR practices. If you have a background in successfully launching or enhancing digital products and experience with integrating automation or AI to improve HR / payroll workflows that would be beneficial.
