This is a hybrid role with an expectation of presence in the Greater Oslo office; the extent of office presence will be determined after discussions with the successful Applicant.

Strategic priorities

Ensure timely delivery of our KPI's interacting with our relevant stakeholders (Sales, Project Managers, Contract Managers, and fellow Contract Admins in Zone NRB).

Key responsibilities

• Review and follow up commercial terms and conditions.
• Establish and maintain customer contract in SAP and Bridge, in close alignment with Project Manager.
• Secure export control, credit and guarantee management
• Execute purchasing transactions and follow-up project deliveries.
• Order cost controlling and active cost management.
• Customer invoicing and follow up
• Optimization of cash flow through follow-up of inventories
• Revenue accounting, according to Contract Manager
