We are looking for a Senior People Advisor to join our People team in Oslo. This is a broad People role for someone who enjoys working close to the business, building strong relationships, and turning organizational needs into practical action. You will work across the full employee lifecycle, act as a trusted advisor, and lead cross-functional projects that shape our employee experience.
About the role
As a Senior People Advisor, you will partner closely with leaders to understand their organisation, challenges, and priorities. You will provide advice and support on both strategic and operational People topics while helping leaders translate business needs into effective decisions.

Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change.
Coaching managers on leadership, performance, feedback, and employee development.
Supporting employee relations matters in accordance with Norwegian employment legislation and internal policies.
Supporting and driving People processes across the employee lifecycle, using data and insights to address challenges.
Leading cross-functional People projects from scoping through stakeholder alignment, implementation, and follow-up.
Solid experience from an HR Business Partner or People Advisor role, including handling organisational change.
Experience partnering directly with managers and senior leaders.
Good understanding of Norwegian employment legislation.
Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional projects or People processes.
Strong communication skills in English (Norwegian or another Scandinavian language is an advantage).
Experience from technology, product or another fast-moving international environment is valuable, but not essential.
