We're Hiring : Customer Support Specialist with Norwegian - Sofia, Bulgaria (on-site)

Location : Sofia, Bulgaria (On-site)

EU Passport required

️ Languages : Norwegian (C2 / native) + English (B2+)

Contract Type : Full-time

Schedule : Rotational shifts including weekdays and weekends

️ Relocation support provided if you're moving from abroad

What You'll Be Doing :

Provide customer support via chat, email, or phone with professionalism and empathy

Assist with product, account, and service-related inquiries

Record and manage customer interactions accurately in internal systems

Escalate complex cases when necessary according to internal processes

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions
