R&D Test Technician

Job descriptionPlan and perform non-routine tests. Participate actively in development projects. Investigate and test non-conforming tools. Maintain and improve test equipment and facilities. Provide constructive feedback to project leaders. Carry out general workshop duties. Conduct safe job analyses for test-related activities. Prepare procedures and perform risk analyses related to testing. Comply with all relevant health & safety regulations, policies, and procedures. Participate in training and commit to maintain relevant knowledge and skills. Interwell is seeking a Test Technician to join our R&D Test Center. In this role, you will plan and perform pressure, temperature, and mechanical tests to validate and improve downhole technology. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to development projects, and help ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and reliability.
Job requirements
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the mechanical industry or with trade certificates.
- Solution oriented mindset with focus on being driven and effective.
- Fluent English – oral and written.
