Customer Advisor with Norwegian for a TV streaming provider (Relocation to Warsaw, Poland).

Responsibilities

Become a Hero : Provide essential support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring users have the best experience.
Tech-Savvy Superhero : Provide assistance to customers, ensuring they never miss out on any service experience.
Empathetic Professional : Resolve customer complaints with a smile, fostering satisfaction and trust.
Frontline Support for All : Assist both B2B and B2C clients as the first point of contact.

Requirements
