What we’re looking for in you

At least 18+ months of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail setting

12+ months of team leadership or Assistant Store Management experience

A natural leader who thrives on motivating and developing others

Strong commercial awareness, visual merchandising knowledge, and attention to detail

Tech-savvy with solid MS Office skills and a data-driven mindset

Confident communicator with strong English language skills

Passion for people, product, and performance

What you’ll do

Take the lead in store operations – from sales and service to stock, recruitment, and compliance
