What you’ll be doing

  • Hunt for new business across EMEA. Find the right doors and open them.
  • Grow and expand existing customer relationships. Build trust, drive value, and uncover new opportunities.
  • Confidently present Kabal’s platform. Show prospects how we solve real operational challenges.
  • Maintain clean CRM data. Consistent wins start with strong fundamentals.
  • Collaborate with our global sales team. Share insights and hit ambitious goals together.
  • Travel internationally. Meet clients face-to-face and bring the Kabal solution to life.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or client-facing roles in the oil and gas industry
  • A proven track record of selling software or technology solutions
  • Confidence under pressure and a consistent ability to hit or exceed targets
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Preferably experience in logistics for energy or similar industrial sectors
  • Preferably a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • But above all, you're results-driven, curious, and persistent. You don’t wait for deals to come to you - you go out and win them.
