About the Role :
As a Customer Representative , you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering high-quality service and support. You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced contact center environment, assisting customers with inquiries related to their orders, appointments, and general support needs.
What We're Looking For :
Fluent in Norwegian and confident in English (spoken & written)
Previous experience in customer support , ideally in a contact center environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A proactive, customer-first mindset
Comfortable working full-time on-site in Málaga
