The Opportunity : Be the Architect of our AI Future

This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact position where you will define and deliver the future of AI‑powered business solutions. You will be the trusted advisor to C‑level stakeholders, translating complex business challenges into elegant, enterprise‑grade architectures powered by the Microsoft AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy : Define, evolve, and scale our Microsoft AI & Copilot service offering. Act as the internal and external thought leader for AI‑driven transformation, mentoring and growing a future team.
• Expert Solution Architecture : Design and architect robust, end‑to‑end solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and advanced Azure AI services (OpenAI, Cognitive Services). Ensure strict adherence to enterprise‑grade security and governance standards.
• Client Engagement & Advisory : Lead high‑stakes workshops, discovery sessions, and Proof‑of‑Concepts (PoCs) with our most strategic clients, crafting actionable technical roadmaps and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Delivery Excellence : Oversee complex implementation projects, collaborating seamlessly with cross‑functional teams (Data, Cloud, Security) to deliver integrated, best‑in‑class solutions.
• Innovation & Evangelism : Stay ahead of the rapidly evolving Microsoft AI roadmap. Represent Devoteam M Cloud as a recognized expert in industry events and thought‑leadership initiatives.

What You Bring

We are looking for a certified expert with a minimum of 8+ years in IT Consulting, including 3+ years focused specifically on Microsoft AI and Power Platform.
