We are looking for an experienced Lead Piping & Layout Engineer to lead and manage piping and layout design across our engineering projects. Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10-15 engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Design Oversight : Oversee and guide the development of piping and layout designs, ensuring alignment with project specifications, industry standards, and safety protocols.
• Project Coordination : Collaborate closely with project managers and other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of piping and layout components.
• Quality Assurance : Review and validate designs and drawings, ensuring compliance with technical standards, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication : Provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders, effectively communicating project progress and technical information.
