Customer Support with Norwegian for SAS Airlines (relocation to Warsaw, Poland)

Join our team as a Customer Support Specialist for SAS Airlines, based in Warsaw, Poland. Be the first point of contact for our premium customers, assisting with travel inquiries and issues. We offer a relocation package including transport and two weeks of accommodation.

Your responsibilities :

  • Assist customers via chat or call, providing travel support and booking assistance.
  • Guide customers through online services, payment options, and loyalty programs.
  • Handle travel disruptions and resolve issues promptly.
  • Create positive connections with customers, ensuring memorable service experiences.

Our requirements :

  • Fluent in Norwegian (C1) and proficient in English (B2).
  • Positive attitude, patience, and adaptability.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
