We are looking for you

at the earliest possible date

as :

First Level Supporter / ITK Admin (m / f / d)

Your tasks :

IT support for our employees in the office, field service and home office
Support for peripheral devices (printers, scanners, barcode readers, MDE devices and much more)
IT onboarding and offboarding as well as training new employees
Support and administration of our means of communication (including telephone system, smartphones)
Support with the administration of the Titania IT landscape
Project support for the acquisition of new IT systems from PoC to implementation in collaboration with the specialist department

Your profile :

Training / retraining in the field of IT, e.g. as an IT specialist, consultant for integrated systems (m / f / d) or similar

Strong IT affinity, know-how and a willingness to learn about and integrate new IT technologies

Good hardware knowledge, basic knowledge of network technology and MS Office applications

Independent way of working with a hands-on mentality

Good written and spoken German skills
