Are you fluent in Danish and seeking an exciting (remote) opportunity while living in Greece? At Mercier Consultancy MD , we are on the lookout for a motivated and dedicated Danish Speaking Customer Representative to join our dynamic team.

This position allows you to work remotely while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Greece, contributing to our mission of providing excellent customer service.

Your Role :

Deliver outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients, resolving inquiries with professionalism and care.
Communicate effectively via various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Become familiar with our client systems to provide high-quality assistance promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the swift resolution of customer issues.

Requirements

Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies suitable for remote work.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work remotely while residing in Greece.
