As part of Procurement Plus (P+) , you'll work at the intersection of strategic procurement and operational delivery, driving impact across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, and Latvia .

As a Team

You will lead sourcing and contract management for External Talent —one of Accenture’s most critical procurement categories supporting client delivery across the Nordics.

Your role includes implementing global and regional category strategies, managing supplier and stakeholder relationships, and overseeing sourcing, performance, and compliance using Accenture’s SynOps system, while aligning with global procurement standards.

You'll supervise a cross-regional team (offshore and nearshore), lead contract deployment and negotiation, ensure KPI delivery, and manage legal and policy compliance. You’ll also drive market intelligence, maintain category reporting, and support sourcing rollouts including RFPs and supplier selection.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Nordic P+ Lead , Regional External Talent Lead , CX Teams , and internal functions like Legal and Finance .

What You’ll Do

  • Execute and adapt the External Talent category strategy across the Nordics
  • Lead and develop the Middle Office procurement team
  • Manage supplier relationships and key stakeholder engagement
  • Drive sourcing compliance and implement regional agreements
  • Lead contract negotiations and contribute to global category initiatives
  • Deliver reporting and support data-driven decision-making

  • Who We’re Looking For

    A results-oriented procurement specialist with :

  • 5–7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management
  • Background in external talent or professional services procurement
  • Strong stakeholder, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Experience leading teams in matrix organizations
  • A degree in business, procurement, or a related field
  • Fluency in English (a Nordic language is a plus)
  • Core Competencies

  • Deep understanding of Nordic market dynamics and procurement practices
  • Strong supplier and stakeholder management abilities
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Comfortable navigating multicultural, matrix organizations
  • Proven experience in external talent or contractor workforce sourcing
  • Adaptable, solution-oriented, and team-focused
