Are you ready to make a difference in an international supply chain setting? As an Order Fulfillment Coordinator with us, you, as main contact person, are in charge of facilitating the daily operations of your OpCo’s (Operating Companies). When doing this, you are in close contact with our Sales Organizations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In order to support the needs of our customers, you will collaborate with many departments in RESCM, do analysis by checking different data sources and perform activities in Ricoh’s systems.
What will you do?
- Responsibility for the day-2-day support of Ricoh’s Operating Companies to ensure that orders will be delivered on time to our customers and that any problems with the delivery of our supplies or transport will be resolved;
- Pay extra attention to special requests, ensuring that all the demands of our customers will be handled with care and lead to the satisfaction of our clients;
- Anticipate on possible questions of our customers and ensure a maximum order-output ratio;
- Work collaboratively with various systems and stakeholders, ensuring integration and efficient achievement of goals;
- Analyze and follow-up on Points of Controls and KPI’s that are defined for the department;
- Involvement in improvement projects to further develop our services;
What do you bring?
You are fluent in English both spoken and written and have excellent communication skills;
You are a natural team player who enjoys working alongside others to achieve shared goals;You are a competent user of Excel and if you have knowledge of ERP / WMS software this is a plus;You are proactive, accurate and result oriented;You are numerical analytical with a knack for problem-solving.;If you have experience or background in an administrative or supply chain role this is a plus;Finally, you are eager to develop your skills and thrive in an international supply chain career!You live within one hour travelling from our office in Bergen op ZoomYou have a working permit to work in The NetherlandsWhat do we offer?
