We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join a vibrant team in Athens, Greece.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide top-tier support in a dynamic workplace while enjoying all that Athens has to offer. To ensure a smooth transition, you will receive comprehensive relocation assistance, including a free flight ticket, temporary hotel stay, and guidance from a local real estate agency.

Position Details :

Location : Athens, Greece

Salary : €1300 - €1500 per month plus performance bonus up to €300

Type : Onsite

Key Responsibilities :

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients using the Norwegian language.
Assist customers with hardware and software-related inquiries.
Communicate effectively through phone, email, and other platforms.
Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve advanced issues.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and technical problems.

What We’re Looking For :

Fluency in Norwegian and proficiency in English.

Experience in technical support or a similar field.

Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Openness to relocating to Greece and working onsite.
