Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially astute Contract Manager to oversee the commercial lifecycle of contracts across our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in legal or business principles, with a degree in Law, Engineering, or Business / Commercial Management and experience managing complex contractual arrangements in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contract Drafting & Negotiation
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial customer contracts, including supply agreements (securing back-to-back and flow down from main contracts), service contracts, SLAs, NDAs, and framework agreements.
Ensure alignment with internal policies and applicable laws and regulations.Identify and mitigate contractual risks and opportunities, including liability, delays, liquidated damages, extension of time, etc.Supporting change order management process.Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely and reporting to Head of Legal & Contracts, and collaborating with relevant PMs in project teams to ensure contract terms support operational and strategic goals.
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external suppliers or clients.Contract AdministrationMaintain accurate records of contract versions, minutes of meetings, keeping track of obligations, milestones, and renewals.
Monitor performance against contract terms and escalate issues promptly as needed.Process ImprovementContribute to the development and refinement of contract templates, playbooks, and workflows.
Support training and awareness initiatives on contract management best practices.KEY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum 1-3 years of experience in contract management, legal advisory, or commercial operations.Understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and risk allocation is desired.Experience in a regulated or technical industry (e.g., energy, infrastructure, manufacturing) is a plus.Proficiency in contract lifecycle management tools and MS software products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is desired.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.High attention to detail, and analytical thinking.Ability to manage autonomously multiple priorities and deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement capability.Fluent in English (but additional languages are a plus).WE OFFER
