Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Advisor : Digital Sustainability & ESG Transformation. As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will oversee planning and execution of high-impact projects within digital, data, transformation, and sustainability. You will drive business development, thought leadership, and deliver tangible sustainability outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of consultants, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Utilize data to drive sustainability performance and ensure compliance with sustainability regulations.
• Develop the sustainability area of expertise within the department, providing strategic leadership and direction.
• Lead initiatives shaping industry perspectives and build intellectual capital.
• Collaborate with clients to understand objectives and develop tailored sustainability solutions with measurable value.
• Engage in sales activities to drive sustainability projects.
