About the Department The Cepheo Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform team specializes in the entire Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem, encompassing Sales, Service, Marketing, and Field Service. We leverage the Power Platform as both a toolbox for CRM solutions and as a standalone resource to enhance Finance and Business Central.

About the Position As a Senior CRM Architect at Cepheo, you will take the lead in identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex business challenges for our clients across diverse industries, including manufacturing, construction, utilities, energy, wholesale, and retail. You will play a pivotal role in project delivery, guiding projects from the initial analysis phase through to implementation and post-launch support.

In this senior role, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide strategic insights that align with their digital transformation goals. You will also mentor junior consultants and contribute to developing best practices and methodologies within the team.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Leading Dynamics 365 CRM projects and providing expertise in Sales, Service, Marketing, and Power Platform solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize CRM solutions that drive business value.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project timelines.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation within client organizations.
  • Representing Cepheo at client meetings and industry events, showcasing thought leadership and expertise.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and / or the Power Platform.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices, customer relationship management, and organizational change management.
  • Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 applications (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing) and Power Platform (PL-100, PL-200) are highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Experience with Azure stack, C#, JavaScript, or similar programming languages is a plus.
