Global business consulting company is looking to hire a dedicated PAYROLL SPECIALIST to join their team in Oslo.
How does the job look like
- Responsible for overseeing and directing payroll procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and tax obligations, supervising the payroll team, and maintaining accurate payroll records
- Coordinate activities with other client departments to ensure successful testing and implementation of tax updates, year-end testing on multiple or single payroll ERP for all regions
- Broad understanding and ability to research and interpret payroll laws
- Ensures compliance with applicable payroll tax and labor law requirements
Your profile
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience of Norwegian payroll processing experienceExperience to work with international (offshore) teamsGood experience in coordinating Payroll inputs and validationExperience in HRMS / ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc.) and in MS OfficeFluency in Norwegian and in EnglishWhat's on offer
