The Opportunity

As our Medical Manager , you will be responsible for driving the medical strategy and execution for Human Pharma products in Norway for the Cardio-Renal-Metabolic Therapeutic Area . You will ensure scientific leadership and compliance across therapeutic areas, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to support product lifecycle management, regulatory requirements, and market access.
You will report directly to the Medical Affairs CRM Team Lead located in Copenhagen, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and CDO. The role is office-based in Asker, with national responsibility for engaging healthcare professionals across Norway. Approximately 50% of your time will be spent in the field, requiring regular travel within Norway, as well as to our head office in Copenhagen and across Europe.
