Integration Specialist Wanted : Turn Complex Tech Into Seamless Customer Experiences
We’re looking for an Integrations Specialist who can turn complex technical requirements into seamless customer experiences. You’ll implement and manage integrations end to end, guide customers through technical decisions, and handle support issues with confidence to ensure we deliver integrations that create real, measurable value. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with developers, customers, and partners to make sure everything connects smoothly and reliably.

About You
You’re a technically skilled problem solver who enjoys making complex systems work smoothly in real-world environments. You can plan, scope, and document new integrations, gather requirements, and keep both internal and external stakeholders aligned from kickoff to delivery. You’re comfortable taking ownership of projects—driving progress, coordinating the right people at the right time, and ensuring everyone always knows what comes next.
You collaborate naturally with developers, providing direction to external partners and guiding customer-internal developers when needed. When issues arise, you don’t hesitate to dive into 2nd-line troubleshooting—using SQL, debugging tools, Postman, and ideally Ruby on Rails—to understand data, identify problems, and resolve complex cases quickly and effectively.
You write clear, concise documentation, communicate technical concepts with ease, and act as a trusted expert in cross-functional discussions, sales conversations, and customer meetings. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring solid project management discipline, and juggle multiple integration projects without losing momentum.
What You Bring
Experience planning, scoping, and documenting technical integrations
Ability to gather requirements and keep stakeholders aligned throughout delivery
High-level understanding of e-commerce platforms : Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce
Backend experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, Next.js, PHP
Strong 2nd-line technical troubleshooting skills : SQL (Postgres / MySQL), debugging tools, Postman, and ideally Ruby on Rails
Ability to collaborate with and guide external developers (Magento / WooCommerce) and customer-internal dev teams
Confidence acting as a technical expert in cross-functional, sales, and customer conversations
Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously
