Could you be the full-time Logistics Operator in we’re looking for in Oslo?

This role is Fixed term for 12 months.

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your logistical expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You’ll work alongside dedicated and solution-oriented teammates.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and processes that support our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as quality, material planning, and warehouse management), handle system updates, and contribute to maintaining safety and efficiency in our logistics processes.

You’ll specifically take care of managing inbound and outbound flows, inventory, and storage, but also support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations.

We’ll look to you for :

Applying and following safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures

Executing ERP transactions in real time to align physical and system flows

Handling goods and materials safely while ensuring their preservation

Performing inventory counts and stock reconciliation activities

Managing picking, kitting, packing, and shipping activities accurately and on time

Processing and tracking Non-Conformity Reports (NCR) in collaboration with relevant teams

Ensuring proper storage conditions and maintaining organized warehouse layouts

Proactively identifying and suggesting improvements to logistics processes

Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field

Experience or understanding of warehouse operations and ERP systems

Knowledge of safety and environmental procedures in a logistics environment

Familiarity with inventory management and stock reconciliation processes

A forklift driving license or relevant handling qualifications

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
