What You'll Do

  • Service, repair, and improve : Use Tesla-specific software and advanced tools to perform repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles
  • Ensure top quality : Inspect vehicles diligently to fix issues right the first time before return and pre-delivery
  • Collaborate : Share support and best practices across local and regional teams to enhance the service experience
  • Develop : Participate in in-house training programs to develop your technical skills and share your knowledge with the team

    • What You'll Bring

  • Technical experience : Professional experience in vehicle service and repairs, from automotive, aviation, marine, or similar industries
  • Team player : Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team
  • Flexible : Willing to work in shifts and support team needs
  • Good communication : Proficient in English, able to communicate clearly and respectfully
  • Valid driver’s license : Full Norwegian driver’s license required
