Product Manager Issuance

About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager for our Issuance products, to join our team in Oslo. In this vital role, you will help drive business development and growth initiatives on bond issuance in Nordics (DK / NO). You will also support Issuance knowledge across all Euronext CSD locations. You will drive the operational agenda and objectives for Issuance, execute product strategies, deliver on business goals, and contribute to integration processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Accountabilities :

• Strategic Vision : Operationalize the strategic vision and roadmap for our Issuance product portfolio, and in particular drive business development initiatives on bond issuance in Nordics (DK / NO)
• P&L Development : Contribute to P&L-driven business case development, balancing client needs and internal cost control.
• Product Lifecycle Management : Manage the product lifecycle from conceptualization to delivery.
• Budgeting : Budget for the topline of the product portfolio and recommend investment budgets.
• Business Convergence : Contribute to business convergence projects and activities.
• Product Development : Oversee the development of new products in collaboration with internal project teams, finance, regulation / legal, surveillance, and other stakeholders.
• Competitor Analysis : Conduct competitor analysis regarding product offerings, functionality, pricing, and market penetration.
• Client Relations : Maintain and develop relationships with business development and client services to understand client needs and opportunities to increase market share.
