Overview

Chief Technology Officer at Emplay Inc. — lead the evolution of the AI agent platform, Zinger, as we scale our SaaS business across Fortune 500 enterprises. This role requires deep technical leadership and operational rigor to build and manage high-performance teams and ensure reliable delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the evolution of the AI agent platform, Zinger, and scale the SaaS business across large enterprise customers.
  • Build and manage high-performance engineering teams, establish robust processes, and ensure reliable delivery.
  • Balance speed and stability across early product phases and enterprise deployments.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering leadership (CTO, VP Eng, or senior architect roles).
  • Strong SaaS product expertise across self-serve platforms, user scaling, and multi-tenant architecture.
  • Proven ability to build and scale engineering teams in scale-up environments.
  • Deep knowledge of Python, Django, cloud services (AWS / GCP / Azure), and AI / ML pipelines.
  • Experience balancing speed and stability across product phases and enterprise deployments.
  • Background working in both startup and enterprise ecosystems.
  • Operational excellence : delivery, security, performance, support models, SLAs.
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on capability to drive product execution.
  • Software product company experience; self-serve product development; scalability; stability; SaaS expertise; customer support; self-healing systems; startup & large company experience; security; ecosystem integration; Python / Django proficiency; AI knowledge and application.
