About Us
At Reodor Studios, we help ambitious companies turn growth goals into business reality. Over the last years we've scaled fast, with talented people, dozens of high-impact projects, and a growing portfolio of ventures. Our work spans strategy, design, and technology, but unlike most consultancies, we don't stop at advice. Where others stop at slides, we build, test, and launch. We combine consulting and venture building to help companies find new revenue streams, expand into new markets, and develop or improve products and services. We specialize in early‑stage innovation, working from insights and concepts all the way to market‑ready solutions.
About The Role
As a Business Builder at Reodor Studios, you'll play a key role in early‑stage innovation, driving projects from idea to execution. You'll work closely with clients to develop and test new solutions, evaluate business opportunities, and ensure that concepts are both user‑friendly and commercially viable. You'll get real responsibility early, switching between projects and roles, often working in messy, undefined spaces where ideas turn into products, and sometimes new companies.
Responsibilities
- Support projects from idea to concept : drive projects from vague briefs to concrete, tested business concepts that meet both user needs and commercial goals
- Develop strategies and business models : create solutions based on sustainable and profitable models that deliver long‑term value
- Run analysis : conduct both qualitative and quantitative analysis of user insights, market data, and business potential. Comfortable with numbers (and Excel) and preferably curious about tools like R or Python
- Prototype and test concepts : formulate hypotheses, prototype solutions, test with users, and iterate quickly towards market validation
- Work in cross‑disciplinary teams : collaborate with designers, technologists, and strategists to realize innovative concepts that deliver customer value and commercial success
- Contribute to user insight : gather and analyze data about user behavior, needs, and challenges through methods like interviews, surveys, and user testing
- Iterate and improve : continuously refine business concepts based on feedback, testing, and market insight
- Support multiple projects : contribute to different projects simultaneously, bringing your business perspective and building momentum across the team
