About the job Norwegian Speaker Business Travel Advisor in Malaga, Spain

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Travel Advisor fluent in Norwegian to join our team in Malaga, Spain. As a Business Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for managing travel arrangements and providing excellent customer service to our clients in Norway.

Tasks :

Make new flight / train / car / hotel reservations in Amadeus or any other tool
Change, cancel or edit existing bookings in Amadeus or any other tool, check rules and regulations for tickets regarding cancellation / changes etc
Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers while keeping effective communication during conversations and resolve issues in a timely manner
Inform customers about support options, including online tutorials, in-store programs and help applications

Requirements :

Fluency in Norwegian and English (written and spoken)

Are used to booking your own travel plans online
