Job descriptionDevelop detailed project plans, schedules and budgets Manage project risks, dependencies and change requests Stakeholder Management : Translate technical progress into business impact Perceive the challenges and core needs of our customers Travel up to 2-3 times per month onsite if required to ensure close project and program coordination. Higher education Bsc / Msc within technology Minimum five years’ work experience as a software project manager or software engineering of robotics / automated storage solutions. In lieu of program manager experience will also consider candidates with software experience working with complex products development and / or product management / project management experience of at least 5 years. Experience with managing multiple highly complex projects to support program delivery Understanding of SW development lifecycles (SDLC, Agile, Waterfall) Preferably experience as a developer / engineer Proficient in Jira and confluence Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken Good communication skills in Norwegian is positive A Collaborative & Inclusive Culture where we celebrate and value everyone\'s contributions, encouraging diverse perspectives in decision-making.
