About The Role

Do you want to join an international team eager to reach our vision of zero loss of lives, no injuries or damages caused by fire and gas?

We’re looking for a Contract Manager to join our organization and play a key role in driving legal excellence and compliance across the business. The preferred location for this role is Trondheim , but for the right candidate we can also consider Stavanger or Oslo .

Your Responsibilities as a Contract Manager

  • Review, draft and negotiate contracts with channel partners, end customers, suppliers and service providers.
  • Provide legal advice on a wide range of issues, including antitrust, channel management, and product issues.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
  • Create and implement risk management controls.
  • Counsel functional peers, including active participation in product development projects.
  • Provide legal and compliance training.
  • Review marketing materials, including advertisements, product materials and presentations.
  • Manage special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Moderate travel required.

Who You Are

  • Master’s degree in Law
  • 3-5 years of experience preferred; prior in-house experience a plus.
  • Strong writing and communication / intrapersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks, including proactive projects in addition to the day-to-day required tasks.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to ethics.
  • Willingness to embrace technology.
  • Must have a business-oriented, pragmatic approach to challenges that arise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.
