CFO

Position Overview :

We are seeking a strategic, business-oriented CFO to lead our financial operations and drive ZTL’s ambitious growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team, contribute to our vision of disrupting international payments, and shape the financial strategy of a fast-growing Fintech leader. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our operations across the Nordics and Europe. We are located in new offices in the city center of Oslo, Norway.

Key responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute ZTL’s business strategy.
• Define and monitor key financial and operational performance metrics.
• Act as a key external representative of ZTL, supporting strategic partnerships and investor relations.
• Serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and management team.
• Oversee preparation and presentation of financial reports for the board and stakeholders.
• Ensure robust financial controls, transparent reporting, and compliance with regulations.
• Manage capital needs, financing, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow optimization.
• Establish and refine financial processes and internal controls to support scalability.
• Drive data-driven decision-making through financial analysis and scenario planning.
• Experience in developing the HR area and role. Fostering a thriving workplace where every employee's potential is nurtured and valued.
