Join the MSWA team as a Community Support Worker - South West Region. Deliver person-centered care and support in clients’ homes across the South West region, improving the client experience and helping clients live their best lives.
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care (e.g., showering and dressing) to promote health and well-being.
- Medication administration & assistance.
- Meal preparation, cleaning, cooking, shopping, and other household duties.
- Supporting social access by taking clients to appointments and helping them pursue social or leisure activities.
- Follow individualized care plans and help clients achieve their defined goals.

A genuine passion to make a difference in someone’s day.Effective communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).Ability to assist with day-to-day activities.NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).Current Australian C Class Driver’s Licence with no restrictions.A reliable, roadworthy, licensed and fully insured vehicle.Nice to haves
