Tasks

Provide first-level technical support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktop applications and operating systems to ensure seamless user experience.
Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, including ticketing system updates and knowledge base contributions for future reference.
Collaborate with team members and other IT departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Support the setup and deployment of new workstations, including hardware and software installation, to meet organizational standards and requirements.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in IT or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 1 year experience in deskside support or similar technical support role.

Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
