Tetra Tech RPS is looking for a Commercial Assistant to join our National Development & Infrastructure Planning Team. This hybrid role can be based in Birmingham, Abingdon or Cardiff.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Work with the Commercial Manager to implement a strategy to improve and bring consistency to project financial performance.
Foster a client focused culture, putting a strong emphasis on clients in our communications.
Develop and maintain a culture that promotes and supports our staff and their career development to achieve attrition no greater than 10% per annum.
Apply a positive, proactive and effective internal and external engagement and communications, working closely with the Commercial Manager, Operations Director and Finance team.
Contribute to initiatives and align with all company processes and procedures in a timely manner.
