Would you like to join us as a part-time driver in Råde?

As a driver with us, you play an essential role in representing Oda to our customers. You will be part of our dedicated team of drivers and report to the Delivery Operating Manager and Delivery Team Leaders on site. You’ll be delivering groceries and packages to our many customers in the area. We believe you'll like working as a driver at Oda if you can manage your time effectively, work independently and in a team, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. Additionally, it would be best to enjoy being active, as this job involves a lot of physical activity, not only driving.

What you’ll be doing as a Driver 🚚

Delivering food and packages to our customers.

Maintain efficiency and quality in our work by loading and unloading goods, handling customers, and implementing routines and processes.

Ensuring Customer service at the highest level.

Be responsible for simple maintenance of the car fleet, such as changing light bulbs, topping up liquids, and keeping the cars clean and presentable at all times.

Training new drivers on the road.

Contributing to the improvement of driver routines and processes.

What you’ll need to succeed 🌟

Driving license (Class B) with a minimum of 2 year's driving experience.

Speaking English is required, and familiarity with Norwegian or another Nordic language is a plus.

Working hours : Every other weekend, even-numbered weekends (Saturday 05 : 30-13 : 30 and Sunday 13 : 30-21 : 30)
