WE ARE LOOKING FOR A
IT Manager
for our IT Infrastructure and IT Services department.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for secure IT operations adapted to the needs of SEH
- Management and further development of the department with two teams and currently a total of 17 employees
- Further development of the company-specific IT strategy, taking into account the security-related certification requirements for KRITIS areas
- Further development of the urban drainage digitization strategy
- Advice and preparation of decisions on company-specific strategic digital transformation requirements
- Responsibility for the comprehensive certified IT security concept in accordance with the IT-SiG
- Operational IT project management, e.g. preparation of decisions on the operational introduction, adaptation, replacement or decommissioning of IT systems

The classification is based on pay group 14 TVöD (A I 4 Annex 1 - Remuneration Ordinance (VKA)). The position is open to applications from employees in the collective bargaining sector as well as civil servants who are already civil servants. The position value corresponds to grade A 14 in the case of a job evaluation.
The full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible for an indefinite period of 39 or 40 hours per week for civil servants. The position is suitable for part-time work. We will be happy to discuss practicable working time models with you. The regular place of work is in Sorststraße.
In the context of organizational changes, the scope of duties may change. Remuneration remains unchanged.
