Weare looking for an experienced financial leader to strengthen our project teamwith job location in Oslo. You will be an important contributor in our ERTMSproject where Siemens Mobility shall renew the railroad signaling systemthroughout Norway. ERTMS is a new digital signaling system which will offerimproved reliability and punctuality.

What do you contribute?
Asthe Deputy Commercial Project Director, you work in close relations with theCommercial Project Director & Project Director (PM) with the objective ofexecuting the project within defined targets (e.g. costs, time, quality). Inthis role, you support as entrepreneur, bridging the gap between business,technical and commercial sphere.
Youwill have an important role within all commercial related matters of theproject both internally and externally. (e.g. Managing and optimizing targetedfinancial results, forecasting, budgeting and controlling.)
Youwill help drive the contract and claim management, including active interactionwith project team members as well as consultation, preparation and negotiationsof claims towards the customer and towards suppliers.
Youshall ensure transparency and financial correctness in various tools on a worldlevel.(e.g. ensure full compliance ofrevenue and cost recognition within accounting policies).
Youwill actively collaborate with our technical team as well as procurement toraise awareness for commercial necessities and to align sourcing strategies.
Youwill collaborate with Commercial Project Managers (onshore and offshore)regarding accounting, controlling, Month / Quarter / Year end closing andimplementation of changes in the project to ensure timely reporting withtransparency.
Youshall enforce compliance to standards, rules and regulations – interacting withexperts from Accounting, Tax and Transfer price officer whenever required.
Youwill, together with the team, prepare (monthly and ad hoc) reports for thecustomer and Siemens internally to the management.
