Your contribution :
- Take responsibility for the continuous development of our innovative software solution in the healthcare sector and ensure that the entire customer lifecycle is easy to understand and highly value-adding. We want to move the world and encourage people to get involved.
- Design and develop a clear, visionary product strategy that drives the success of the product and delivers real value to our users. Your contribution as Product Owner is to own the product that treats millions of patients every day.
- Realize this vision in close cooperation with a cross-functional team from ideation to implementation. Ideally, you have experience as a PO and work in a structured manner, but do not need technical know-how.
- Prioritize and focus the product backlog to ensure that we are always working towards the most important features and requirements of our stakeholders. Your goal is to build products that inspire people.
- Elicit and integrate the needs of our internal and external stakeholders into the development process to ensure that all requirements are implemented in a targeted manner. CGM is not about culture, it's about real change in the world.
What you bring to the table :
Many years of excellent experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, preferably in a dynamic and agile environment, as well as significant contributions to the successful further development of innovative software products.Deep understanding of user and stakeholder needs to develop visionary product strategies that guarantee market success while creating real value. Ability to combine long-term goals with pragmatic solutions.Profound expertise in prioritization at the highest level - even in challenging situations. Strong organizational skills and the ability to make strategic decisions under pressure.Clear and goal-oriented communication. Ability to present complex technical concepts in an understandable way and work convincingly with both technical and non-technical teams and stakeholders at all levels.In-depth knowledge of software development and architecture, and the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and integrate them into product development to ensure innovative and scalable solutions.What you can expect from us :
