Our areas of expertise include maritime transport, offshore wind, offshore energy systems, emerging marine resources, marine pollution, aquaculture, fisheries, and seafood processing — among others. We are looking for a student interested in developing digital solutions for decision support for efficient fleet operations and emission estimation.
About our research / project
In the SINTEF Ocean Maritime Logistics group, we have developed decision support tools for planning and optimizing offshore fleets over several years. To strengthen our project team this summer, we are looking to hire a student who can contribute to implementing tools in a web app solution with a user-friendly interface. This work is a part of the activities in the LowEmission research center ( www.lowemission.no ), which aims to develop and implement new technology and digital solutions for low- and zero-emission offshore industries.
