What you can expect

As a Business Analyst in the Department of Climate and Environmental Protection, you will be responsible for identifying and optimizing (complex) internal business processes and leveraging digitization potential in coordination and cooperation with the specialist departments, with a focus on business process and requirements management. This may involve the following tasks in full or in part : You will survey, record, document and model tool-based actual processes. You will plan and support process analysis, design and develop business processes, analyse (digitalization) potential, recommend solutions and determine the technical requirements on the basis of processes. You will also create specialist concepts that form the bridge between the specialist department and the central IT service provider and support the introduction of new software applications and processes.

You have

a successfully completed university degree in computer science, administrative informatics or business informatics or

a successfully completed university degree

particularly outstanding specialist knowledge with many years (at least 3 years) of practical experience in requirements management as well as in accompanying organizational changes and practical experience in project and requirements management

In particular, you bring with you

Specialist knowledge : in the elicitation, modeling and orchestration of technical requirements, in test management as well as a confident command of the German language in spoken and written form at language level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) for languages (if necessary, to be proven by a corresponding certificate). These language skills are required to carry out the above-mentioned activities, in particular for the collection, recording and documentation of requirements and the creation of technical concepts.

Result and goal orientation, in particular analytical thinking and technical problem-solving skills

Communication skills, in particular, mastery of presentation techniques, communication skills and comprehensible presentation of complex contexts

The following are an advantage

Knowledge of business process management, in particular process design and business process analysis

Knowledge of the service process (ITIL)
