Exciting tasks await you

Management and further development of our technical team at several locations
Responsibility for planning, management and controlling within the team
Ensuring quality standards for managed services
Know-how transfer and close coordination with the service desk (1st level support)
Organization of 2nd level support and management of external 3rd level service providers
Establish and continuously improve standardized service management
Customer visits together with the sales department

Your qualifications

Completed studies or comparable training with relevant professional experience

Experience in team management, ideally in an IT system house

Experience in the provision of managed services

Enjoy customer contact and working in a team

Sound knowledge of Windows system landscapes, networks and security

Structured and reliable way of working

Class B driving license and willingness to travel
