Stock Supervisor - Oslo

Position

Christian Dior Couture Norway is currently seeking for a Stock Supervisor with an expertise in Luxury.

Your mission is to put the team members in the best conditions to perform by leading the Operations (BOH efficiency, Customs, WW Care services…), the Image (Maintenance and IT issues) as well as the Administrative Procedures.

Job responsibilities

Stock Control and Administration

  • Supervise, support and organize the team for all incoming and outbound physical flows (receiving, follow-up of orders, ticketing, transfers and shipments etc.),
  • As the referent on Care & Quality, be responsible for the appropriate application of storage rules, stock procedures and best practices by all team members to strengthen loss prevention : in particular, manage the annual BISE (Best In Stock Excellence) certification
  • Organize inventory management (weekly cycle counts and annual inventory)
  • Ensure that all staff are trained and know and follow the Company systems on : cash handling, credit authorization, acceptance of cheques, arrangement of staff purchases, reporting of stock, cash and loss.
  • Manage the team of Stock Control & Administration
  • Minimize stock loss in order to support the Store Management team in the efficient running of the store.
  • Control stock loss within Store budget and implement stock audits effectively.
  • Ensure that the boutique operates in accordance with Company administration systems and procedures to minimize losses.
  • Oversee and monitor the supply chain and stock flow for maximization of business results.
  • Provide reports to the Store Manager and to the Head Office regarding the back-office activity.

Process / internal control

  • In charge of all SOPs (Standard Operational Procedures) related to Store Operations (implementation, updates)
  • Be responsible for staff training on policy & process
  • Care Services (Repairs & Returns)
  • Customs processes
  • Supervise all after-sales requests : monitor client correspondence and follow up with administrative tasks,
  • Review after-sales reports and initiate action plan as needed
  • Be responsible for staff training on Care Services guidelines
  • Ensure that an excellent after sales service is provided to customers in order to build a strong and lasting relationship with them and earn their loyalty by delivering adapted solutions to their complaints and returns
  • Maintenance

    Ensure boutique maintenance is up to standard, deal efficiently and closely monitor to the work performance of external vendors (including IT support / supplies).

  • Maintain the tidiness of the Boutique.
  • Be one of the core staff to support actively to the logistic of Boutique events
  • Profile

    Work Experience

    Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry
