The position
PDP Procurement Supplier Relations (PSR) is seeking highly motivated recent graduates to join our team who are equally driven as they are ready to accelerate digitalization and the energy transition.
As a Supply Chain Management Graduate, you can expect to collaborate with some of the 700 colleagues spread across Norway and our international offices. Together, we will contribute to safe and efficient supply of goods and services to all Equinor’s operations and development projects globally, execute global category management activities ranging from strategy to contract management, and be accountable for driving the strategic agenda and new ways of working.
Through your various rotations you will understand how Equinor works with our suppliers and the vital role supply chain plays in supporting business needs across the company meanwhile ensuring compliance.
As a graduate in PSR, you will take on tasks alongside your rotations for broad PSR exposure and enhance your development by exploiting the available opportunities that await you. You will become a valuable member of our graduate community and collaborate with teams across Equinor’s value chain. As a caring, forward-thinking, and digitally competent individual, you'll have the opportunity to embrace innovation and explore new possibilities. End goal is that you learn the fundamentals of supply chain and develop your commercial skillset. It will include personal, professional and leadership development. The PSR graduate program will support you to succeed in any tasks in PSR as a postgraduate.
The PSR organization consists of six business units covering strategic and operational activities in the Supply Chain Management areas.
Working within PSR in Equinor offers close collaboration across all business areas and disciplines and with our suppliers. PSR ensures that Equinor is provided with the right goods and services both short and long term.

Set up of rotations :
The SCM graduate program will consist of 4 - 5 rotations with a duration of approximately six months each. This may vary based on business needs. The first year is divided into 2- 3 rotations where you will gain vital PSR experience and knowledge from working with Operational procurement and Operational Supply Chain upstream activities. Rotations within the first year are pre-defined, focusing on building a solid foundation. For year 2, the rotations will primarily be within Strategical and Tactical procurement, and the graduates will have more influence on future rotations based on interests and preferences. We encourage rotations to other areas of the company and other locations to broaden your perspective and enrich your learning journey.

Master’s degree or PhD with good academic record withinEconomics, Business Management, Industrial economics, Logistics and Supply Chain, Law, and Engineering.
