Description :

We're seeking a Piping Engineer based in Stavanger to support various oil & gas projects in Norway, from initial concept studies to detailed design engineering. As a member of the team, you'll contribute to engineering designs, calculations, and equipment specifications, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities :

• Follow and improve discipline-specific procedures.
• Maintain competence standards.
• Assist in incident investigations.
• Offer expertise in piping engineering.
• Contribute to piping and layout studies for Norwegian projects.
• Assist in defining piping requirements for technical scopes.
• Prepare necessary calculations and documentation for offshore workpacks in the Norwegian sector.
• Support procurement of piping materials and equipment for projects in Norway.
• Review piping deliverables.
• Assist the Lead Piping Engineer and project team, based in Stavanger.
• Resolve engineering issues using established principles, codes, and standards.
• Ensure technical integrity of piping designs for Norwegian projects.
• Coordinate with other disciplines through design reviews.
• Provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Utilize software tools for design and checking (e.g., Navisworks, E3D).
