Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Translator Support in the Support Office team, you will play a key part in helping our colleagues deliver an outstanding customer experience by ensuring that all internal communication materials are clearly translated for use across a range of internal channels.

You will collaborate with various departments to translate and localize content, primarily focusing on HR-related materials. If you’re passionate about communication and love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate and localize content : Accurately translate and adapt various materials for internal channels, ensuring content is well-suited for the Norwegian market. This includes weekly updates, training documents, and other internal communications, with a focus on HR-related topics.
  • Ensure consistency in tone of voice : Maintain and apply H&M's tone of voice across all translated materials, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with the company’s brand identity and values.
  • Content preparation and proofreading : Prepare, proofread, and polish materials to ensure grammatical accuracy, cultural relevance, and alignment with company standards. Address any ambiguities or inconsistencies in content before publication.
  • Assist in the creation of training materials : Translate and support the creation of training programs, handbooks, and instructional guides that engage and inspire employees, making sure all materials are up to date and easy to understand.
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks : Manage additional administrative duties.

In this role, you will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the successful expansion of the business. You will work closely with Learning, Performance & Development team providing key insights and recommendations.
