WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Provide a high level remote technical support to internal and external customers on the installation, commissioning and repair of Panasonic aircon product.
Attend
first priority phone calls, ticket queue escalated from Call Center agents and petitions received by e-mail.
Create and implement service and product trainings for our service partners, wholesalers, installers, and other customers.Identify technical issues and develop solutions as next higher level of support after the Field Support Engineer.Support the sales team in the development of specifications and quotations.Train service partners to use the continuously developing Panasonic service tools.Prepare technical documentations, sales and training materials, and project studies.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Completed training as a master refrigeration and heating technology, state-certified refrigeration / air conditioning technicians, etc. or similar education and experience3 years work-experienceExperience in the heating and cooling field (eg : hydraulics, laws, norms)WHAT WE OFFER YOU
