Shipping Structured Finance Analyst

You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Oslo  as Shipping Structured Finance   Analyst.

The Shipping team in Norway is responsible for the coverage of Norwegian Shipowners and operators. Part of the duties include developing and monitoring a portfolio of client and prospects, seeking developing cross selling with all business lines of the Credit Agricole group while identifying and monitoring potential risk factors. As part of its commercial activities the shipping team structure and originate financings for the acquisitions of commercials ships (Bulk carriers, tankers, containerships, gas carriers etc) for its clients.

Your concrete missions will be to :

• Support the senior Relationship Managers in the creation of financial and cash flow models and in the preparation of credit analysis
• Assist in the preparation of annual reviews and credit papers
• Draft pitches and other written documents
• Assist the onboarding of new clients and data updates during periodic reviews on existing clients through the Banks tools and processes (KYC, Kiwis, etc) ; in this role, the VIE will be in close contact with UCEM team (Unité de Controle des Engagements Maritimes)
